Hello everyone, you may have already noticed that we have moved our Casting Room Miniatures ranges over to the Wargames Foundry site.
Until recently, these CRM ranges had their own dedicated website. We have now decided to include these ranges on the Foundry website to make shopping easier for our customers who want to combine baskets from both sites.
There are about 4,000 different models within CRM. Most are Historical ranges, but there is also a selection of Fantasy models.
The Casting Room Miniatures ranges are: Hittites, Nubians, Trojan Wars/Mycenaeans, Spanish and Carthaginians, Persians, Dark Age Warriors, Chinese, Medievals, Renaissance, Elizabethans/Tudors, English Civil War, Marlburians, Seven Years War French, Black Powder Civilians/Rebels & Rioters. and Zulus.
Various huge Napoleonic Ranges: Austrians, British, French, Portuguese, Prussians, Russians and Saxons.
Fantasy ranges: Street Fighters, War Maidens, and Adventurers and Rangers.
In the Casting Room ranges you can get alternate versions of many of the models from Wargames Foundry alongside various interesting odds and ends, previously only available on CRM.
These alternate versions were made between 2006 and 2012 during the time when Wargames Foundry was not managed by an Ansell. They are compatible in size and proportion to the earlier Wargames Foundry models but in many cases they are different in style according to the preferences and idiosyncrasies of the individual sculptors.
The finer details: If you would like to keep a record of your previous orders on CRM, we recommend that you download your order history. We have already moved existing customer accounts over to Wargames Foundry but, unfortunately, we are unable to move your order history.
If you already have an account on the Foundry website that uses the same email address as CRM, we are unable to merge the accounts. In these instances only the Foundry customer information will remain.
If you are logging in to Wargames Foundry with a CRM account you will have to reset your password the first time. This will not affect existing Wargames Foundry accounts.
The dedicated CRM website will be closing on 10th November, 2026.
Pewter Ranges
Our next announcement is to let you know that we will be discontinuing our Pewter range. A few of the models from our Pewter range are already available in our regular white metal, including Renaissance Knights and Robin Hood characters. Over the next few months we will be slowly releasing more of our favourite models in white metal.
Our Pewter range will be discontinued on 10th November, 2026.
For the time being our deluxe Escape from Colditz playing pieces will still be available - and a great Christmas present to get on the list!
